The materials we use on our products are made with FDA-approved polymers, which is why we especially focus on the food & beverage industry.
GAF FILTER BAGS
Different types of GAF filter bags are used in the last stages of liquid filtration for stopping and loading of impurities on the inside of the bag. Standard industrial dimensions are easily available, as well as non-standard dimensions per customers request or drawing.
GAF filter bags can be sewn or welded and made with top openings from galvanized steel snap rings, stainless steel snap rings, plastic collars or with a single string.
Industries, such as the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and beverage industry, are the ones that use GAF filter bags the most for processing vegetable oil, wine, fruit juice, paint, glue, wax, solvents, perfumes, etc.

DELTA FILTER has a wide range of high quality technical fabrics for liquid filtration with different characteristics defined by the weight, air permeability, thickness and weave pattern. Finishes and secondary treatments are applied, according to the customers demands.
The materials used to manufacture our fabrics for liquid filtration are Polypropylene (PP), Polyester (PE) and Polyamide (PA) with three types of yarn: monofilament, multifilament, staple fiber. These polymers, additives and individual forms, together with the properties of the fibers used, imply enormous possibilities.

FILTER SHEETS AND FILTER CARTRIDGES (CANDLE FILTERS)
Depth filter sheets are essentially a three-dimensional, deep filter consisting of adsorbents of a large inner surface. This can be imagined as a labyrinth of little chambers and channels of different lengths inside the sheet where dirt is captured.
Candle filters or filter cartridges are present at almost every liquid filtration process. The material from which they are made (polypropylene, glass fibers or cotton), depends on the difficutly of the liquid product and demands of the specific industry.
